How we handle enquiry information.

Information you provide

When you send an RFQ or contact Morroward Textiles, you may provide your name, company, email address, market, product specifications, commercial requirements, reference links and files such as swatches, images, tech packs or spreadsheets.

How we use it

We use this information to review your requirement, respond to you, develop sourcing or production options, and communicate about a potential or active business relationship.

Attachments and form delivery

Files submitted through the RFQ form are processed by the website server so they can be attached to an email sent to Morroward Textiles. The website is not designed to maintain a separate permanent file repository for RFQ uploads. Hosting and email providers may retain messages, attachments and technical logs according to their own systems and retention settings.

Production partners

Where necessary to evaluate or fulfil a requirement, relevant information may be shared with suitable mills, processors, manufacturers, testing providers, logistics providers or other production partners. We aim to share only what is reasonably needed for that purpose.

Website technology

This website does not currently use a dedicated advertising or behavioural analytics system. It loads web fonts from Google, which may cause your browser to make a technical request to Google’s servers.
